Having delivered and transacted over $500 million in new and off-the-plan luxury residences, Patrick now channels his rare perspective to guide buyers with insight that only comes from having been on the inside.
A qualified civil engineer with honours and postgraduate credentials in property development, planning, and real estate, Patrick bridges the space between sales agents, property developers, designers, and buyers. Patrick’s approach is built on relationships, transparency, and discernment — ensuring every client moves forward with assurance.
